Oh Freedom Festival is a flagship event in the Black History Heritage calendar, celebrating music’s power to unite and liberate. Through musical storytelling, we take audiences on a journey through gospel, blues, and the roots of African-American music, the foundation of most genres that exist today.
Join us on Saturday 3rd of May 2025 at Mary Magdalene to immerse yourself in the 1800s Southern US music and culture, and you’ll learn everything about gospel, blues and how they’re the staple sound of freedom. Featuring world-class artists who’ve shared the stage with Tina Turner, Elton John, and Stevie Wonder and London’s best Southern BBQ cooked and smoked by Red Dog Saloon!
